Grow to Eat - Come and grow something to eat - only £450

Grow to Eat - Come and grow something to eat - only £450

Open sessions at Leith Walk Police Box & Settlement Project where anyone can come and pick a container (reused and upcycled) and plant seeds or plants to grow or sprout for food like herbs, edible flowers & sprouting beans. We can show you how to grow to eat. We especially welcome people who are in temporary accommodation or who may not have a garden. The grant would be spent on eco-friendly compost, seeds, plants and printing/publicity.

Settlement project is a charity that supports the local community and art project. Leith walk police box supports charitable and entrepreneurial ventures providing affordable space. We are working together on this project to help people grow plants to eat – especially people who don’t have gardens or who are living in temporary accommodation
